Excellent fit and finish. Added a tiny bit of super glue to the adapters to keep them permanently attached to the wheels. Follow injora's recommendations of using d19 wheels for large tires. D18 wheels for smaller tires.

The fit and finish are superb. Bear in mind the addition of the insert makes it a little more difficult to put these together than other wheels. I kind of wish the screw holes went all the way through so I could use a paper clip to help with alignment.

If you're using any kind of "patty" weights on your axles, they won't fit well without modification. The inside rim is a bit smaller because of the screw holes. You can flip the insert backwards and mount the tires inside out, but then you get positive offset and you might not want that. Better to grind the patty weights a bit or abandon them.

I do wish there was a heavier/thicker ring available. But I've got some other-brand wheels with a thick ring and it feels like they stretch my tire's foams too much. So there's lots of tradeoffs at this scale and I think these wheels do a great job for what they are. The point of Moduwheels is the inserts. If you want the heaviest possible wheel, look for the all-brass D19s.

So far Injora makes the most consistently good wheels I've tried for SCX30. The hardware felt strong and a driver was included. That was a very nice touch that made them feel well worth the effort. Be careful though, I only had 3 or 4 spare screws and I got exactly 4 of the hex adapters needed for SCX30.
