EU Right of Withdrawal (Important for EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you may submit a withdrawal request by clicking the “Cancel Contract” button in the footer of our website or by emailing us at support@injora.com.
A submitted withdrawal request (via button or email) is considered a valid notice of cancellation.
Global Return Policy
- For all customers worldwide, we offer a 30-day return policy.
- Item Condition: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
- Purchase Channel: This policy applies only to orders placed on INJORA.com. A valid order number is required.
- Important Note: If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress, eBay) or an authorized dealer, please contact the original seller or platform support directly for returns and support.
Defective or Damaged Items
- All INJORA products are covered by a quality guarantee upon delivery.
- If your item is defective or damaged, contact us at support@injora.com with clear photos or videos. After verification, we’ll offer one of the following:
- Replacement product or part (subject to stock availability)
- Full refund
- Partial refund (for minor issues that don’t affect overall use)
Missing Parts
- If your order is missing any parts, please contact us at support@injora.com.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us identify what’s missing.
- Once confirmed, we’ll send the missing parts (subject to stock availability).
EU Withdrawal Effects (VERY IMPORTANT)
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

Get Return Instructions
We will reply with the return address and instructions on how to return the item. Please don’t send anything before getting our confirmation. -
Ship the Item
- Please pack the item securely; damaged returns due to poor packaging may be rejected.
- Use your preferred shipping method and keep your tracking number.
- Once your return request is approved, you must return the item within 14 days and provide your order number and tracking information.
We will provide return instructions after approval. Please do not send items without confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless:
- We sent you the wrong item, or
- The item arrived defective - INJORA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or modified products
- Items not purchased from www.injora.com (please contact the original seller for returns or support)
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval
