1. I’ve placed my order. When will it be shipped?

We typically ship orders within 1-5 business days.

However, delays may occur during holidays, if items are out of stock, or if your order contains a large number of items. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please make sure your email address is correct to receive updates.

2. My order has been shipped. When will it arrive?

Delivery time depends on your shipping address. On average, standard shipping takes 12-25 days to most countries.

3. Where will my order ship from?

Most of our products ship from China.

We also have a warehouse in the United States. Items stored in our U.S. warehouse can only be shipped within the United States. If your order includes these items, they will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within a few days.

4. How do I track my package?

It's easy to track your package:

6. Are there any customs or taxes?

Please note that orders may be shipped from different warehouses. Our products are sold without taxes, so import duties or customs taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations and the shipping method you choose.
